Shipping and Delivery

When will my order ship?

Each phone case is made to order. Production begins once the artwork is finalized with the designer. Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days after purchase.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery times and costs will vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

How can I track my shipment?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package in real-time through our carrier’s portal.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return or exchange a product?

Because each product is custom-made per order, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo proof.

What should I do if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?

Please email us at [support@soaps.com] with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Order and Tracking

How do I place an order?

Browse by your favorite designer, choose your phone model, and add the product to your cart. Follow the checkout instructions to complete your purchase.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

Changes or cancellations can only be made within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, production may have already begun.

Will I get order updates?

Yes. You’ll receive confirmation and shipping emails every step of the way. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see them.

Personalization

Can I customize the design of a phone case?

Currently, all designs are curated and approved by each collaborating designer. We do not offer user-submitted customizations at this stage.

Are there plans for more product formats beyond phone cases?

Yes. SOAPS is evolving to offer various customizable lifestyle products—stay tuned for future releases.

Gift Wrapping

Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?

Not at this time, but we are working on adding gift-friendly packaging options in the near future.

Can I include a gift message with my order?

Please contact us at checkout or email support with your order number—we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
